5m long chainsaw goanna at Condobolin

Renowned Australian chainsaw carver Brandon Kroon created the impressive 5metre long Goanna carving located outside the Lachlan Shire Visitor Information Centre in Condobolin.

It’s a symbolic totem for the Wiradjuri Nation. The Goanna, is symbol that connects all people, past and present, of Wiradjuri land.

Brandon masterfully transformed the large, old River Redgum, reclaimed during the construction of the new bridge, into this striking piece of art.
