Three artists have been appointed to Orange Regional Museum’s Creative Collections project, following our callout for expressions of interest in December 2024.
The artists have been selected to develop a creative response to an object from the Orange Regional Museum collection. The artists are:
- Laura Baker (Blayney), a visual artist working in the medium of papercutting
- Elaine Camlin (Wagga Wagga), printmaker and art therapist
- Liss Finney (Sydney), working in painting and sculptural installations
Each artwork will be acquired into the ORM collection and used in exhibitions, public programming and education programs. These three fabulous artists are starting on their projects now and ORM will share their work at an event at the Museum in July 2025.
