Behind Closed Doors: Orange Regional Gallery

Orange Regional Gallery

The Orange Regional Gallery is temporarily closed for scheduled building works but there’s plenty happening behind closed doors.

After 34 years of service the purpose built moveable wall system in the Alan Sisley Gallery is being refurbished.

Part of the Gallery’s original 1986 Sulman Award winning design, the system was considered innovative for its time and continues to offer elegant flexibility, with countless possible configurations.

The system is being stripped back and serviced for increased functionality and safety and we’re looking forward to putting it to good use for years to come.

ORG will reopen in 2021.

Meanwhile, ORG’s sister venue Orange Regional Museum is open and running exhibitions and public programs.
